We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Store purchases

If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

Standard Returns * Items must be unused, unassembled (where applicable), and returned in their original packaging.

                                  * Products must be in resalable condition, free from damage, marks, stains, odours, or signs of wear.

Online and telephone purchases

* Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Online & Distance Selling Orders For purchases made through our website or by telephone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. The following conditions apply:

* Items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold.

* You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail showroom, but excessive handling or use may result in a deduction from your refund.

* Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged, customers are responsible for the cost of returning or arranging collection of the goods.

* We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been returned.

Made-to-Order & Custom Furniture Furniture that has been made to order, custom-built, or manufactured to your specifications (including bespoke sizes, fabrics, colours, finishes or configurations) cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced.

These products are exempt from the 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Any request to return a made-to-order or bespoke item will be considered solely at the discretion of Discount Furniture Centre.

Where a return is accepted, collection, administration and restocking charges may apply.

Restocking Fee Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of between 10% and 30% of the purchase price, depending on the product and the size of the order.

This fee covers handling, inspection, transportation, repackaging and administration costs.

Mattresses & Hygiene Products For hygiene reasons, mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows and other sealed hygiene products cannot be returned once the protective packaging has been removed or opened, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Goods Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any damage, defects or missing parts should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs where possible.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory proof of return.

Your Statutory Rights : Nothing within this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
